Please make sure your room reservation should be made by the cut-off date (Check the cut-off date of each hotel in the reservation forms). After that date, original rates will be applied to all room reservations. We encourage you to make your reservation as early as possible to secure the discounted rates. To make your reservation, please send your reservation form to the hotel directly.

2. For Ibis Seoul and CasaVille Samsung, above rates are subject to only 10% Tax.
3. Above rates do not include breakfast.
4. The hotels (marked with *) will operate their hotel shuttle buses to COEX with free of charge. You can get more information about detail schedule at the front desk of the hotels.
5. You can get to the hotels using a KAL Limousine Bus at Incheon International Airport, which is the most convenient way to reach the hotels. You can find detail information about the hotels in the reservation forms and hotel websites.
