The ISCAS 2012 Organizing Committee invites proposals for tutorials to be held on the first day of the ISCAS 2012, which will take place in Seoul, Korea on May 20-23, 2012.
We seek proposals for half-day and full-day tutorials that present current topics in circuits and systems related research and development. We are interested in tutorials on established or emerging research topics within the field itself, but we also welcome tutorials from related research fields or application areas. The ideal tutorial should attract a wide audience, be broad enough to provide a gentle introduction to the chosen research area, and should also cover the most important contributions in depth. Proposals that predominantly focus on the presenter¡¯s own work or commercial presentations are not eligible.
We encourage submissions of tutorial proposals on the ISCAS topics including but not limited to:
- Analog Signal Processing
- Biomedical Circuits and Systems
- Cellular Neural Networks and Array Computing
- Circuits and Systems for Communications
- Circuits and Systems for Video Technology
- Computer-Aided Network Design
- Digital Signal Processing
- Education in Circuits and Systems
- Live Demonstrations of Circuits and Systems
- Life-Science Systems and Applications
- Multimedia Systems and Applications
- Nanoelectronics and Gigascale Systems
- Neural Systems and Applications
- Nonlinear Circuits and Systems
- Power Systems and Power Electronic Circuits
- Sensory Systems
- Visual Signal Processing and Communications
- VLSI Systems and Applications
Proposals, prepared in a one-column PDF file, should include the following information:
- Title of the tutorial
- Area of the tutorial (refer to the above list of topics)
- 300 Word Abstract (for inclusion in registration materials)
- Keywords
- Format of tutorial (1/2 day or 1 day)
