A large number of posters will be presented during the two days of the conference. In order to make the poster sessions run smoothly, some cooperation from you, as a poster exhibitor, is necessary. First of all, it is essential that your poster is put up just before your session and removed immediately after it has ended.

The placement of your poster will be marked on the panel, where it will be presented with the number of your poster contribution: Ex. B5P-Q.1 (B5P-Q =Poster Session Number, 1=Poster Panel Number). The poster panel number is the order of the papers that appear on the conference program. Look for your number in the conference program.

The size of the poster panel (in centimeter) that is available to each presenter is shown below:

This poster panel cannot be modified. You are free to choose a single large poster or many smaller posters, fitting on the given panel size.

Your posters will be attached to the panel with push pins, which will already be available on the panel. If you need more pins, please contact the poster area proctor. After you have removed your poster, please leave pins on the board.

In order to accommodate a large number of posters, we have organized three poster sessions running with technical sessions in parallel. There will be three poster sessions. One poster session lasts for three hours (in fact, more than three hours due to interim coffee break), and has two groups (A and B) inside each running for one and half hours. Each poster should be displayed during the assigned poster session (3 hours) no matter which group it belongs to. Instead, authors are required to appear in front of their posters and participate in the Q&A activities only for the period (1.5 hours) reserved for each group (Group A = the first 1.5 hours of the session, Group B = the second 1.5 hours of the session).
